How long has it been since I've had the time to sit down and really tried to reflect and blog! Been so busy at work and with home and I'm really glad I have some spare time to pen this post.
I've shut down my previous blog and started this new one. Basically also because we are embarking on our next stage of life.
Wait.....did I miss out our wedding? I guess I did. Even though it was about 8 months ago, but it really seemed like yesterday to me. Haha. Q was soooo nervous during the gate crashing. I was expecting something "scholarly" to come out from him but in the end the first thing he said was "I love you because you are beautiful." and it was caught on camera. Wa lao! So shallow can! Haha..
But, it was also the first time I saw him so nervous as compared to our school's presentations etc. Teehee.
Our wedding was really fun and very representative of us. It went past quite quickly and it sorta hit me that we spent months preparing for a 1 day event that passed by sooo quickly.
We also went for our long awaited honeymoon to Italy and Swiss! Well, it turned out that I did not love Italian food that much after all. (Come to me BCM and fried rice!)
The trip was spectacular. We really explored and but it was a real pity that I was in my early pregnancy and had to be extra careful and missed some of the rides that we had already paid for.
Yup! I am pregnant with our first kid and as I am typing he is kicking in my tummy! Well what can I say.... It definitely feels different that I'm gonna be a mother soon. Coping with alot of physical changes, mood swings, feeling fat, and that our little boy doesn't really like my bladder to be full and will start kicking my already full bladder. God.
All I can say is, I can't wait for the arrival of our little one - which also means that its more responsibility and more work! I don't think I can ever be ready to be a mother but we will just take things as it comes.
I love you little one... See you on screen next week!
And to the hubs who has been tasking all the housework, cooking and taking care of the dogs - THANK YOU <3
I am very appreciative of you and can never ask for more.
